1. All performers must comply with the terms and conditions specified in this agreement. In signing this agreement, the specified performer agrees to abide by these terms and conditions and understands that the performer may be suspended and their account terminated if the terms and conditions are not complied with.
2. All performers must be at least 18 years old and must provide LIVEObsession with official government documentation to prove this (passport, driving licence or other id). This documentation must include a recent photograph of the performer. This documentation can be submitted electronically or by post, but must not be modified or cropped in any way. All documentation must be clearly legible. No performer accounts will be activated until receipt of this documentation.
3. It is strictly forbidden to discuss child pornography in private or open chat. It is also strictly forbidden to give the impression to any client that the performer is under the age of 18 either by chat or by selecting chat names with descriptions such as “young teen”.
4. The performer must strictly comply with the obscenity laws active within their country of residence. The performer must also not participate in acts considered obscene by the majority. These include but are not limited to defecation, violence, rape and humiliation. No animals should appear on the video with the performer at any time. The performer is strictly prohibited from appearing naked in public chat. Breasts and genital areas must be covered at all times in public chat.
5. The performer is strictly prohibited from making arrangements to meet with clients outside the environment of LIVEObsession. Neither shall the performer discuss any payment methods for model services besides payment through the LIVEObsession system.
6. No communication methods shall be discussed by the performer or details given by the performer. These include but are not limited to private email addresses, messenger services and ICQ.
7. The performer should be polite at all times to clients. If a particular client is insulting or causes a nuisance, the performer may choose to “kick” the client from their chat room using the provided chat functionality. The performer may also contact support@liveobsession.com where additional steps can be taken to limit clients who are a persistent nuisance.
8. The performer accepts all responsibility for the content of their performances. The performer is not an employee of LIVEObsession and as such, LIVEObsession is not responsible or legally liable for any content produced by the performer.
9. The performer transfers to LIVEObsession full licence to use any and all copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade secrets, and all other proprietary rights in and to the Productions, or any portion thereof, via an unlimited, perpetual, worldwide, universal, royalty-free, irrevocable, sub-licensable, transferable, exclusive license to LIVEObsession.
10. With the rights granted herein, LIVEObsession may, without limitation, use, distribute, reproduce, display, perform, publish, modify, adapt, translate, transmit, market, import, export, promote and/or create derivative works of the Productions in any medium or technology whatsoever, now known or to be developed in the future.
